The Role:

Contact warm leads (students who have enquired online)

Consult with students to understand their goals and recommend the right course

Assist with the enrolment process, including setting up payment plans

Achieve daily and weekly KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Update student details and maintain records in the CRM

Collaborate with your team and attend regular sales meetings and training

Benefits:

$30–$35 per hour (neg based on expereince) + uncapped commissions (OTE $100K–$110K)

About You:

Previous phone-based sales or call centre experience is a bonus

Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
