Position Overview

A Successful Candidate

You’ll bring at least 5 years of solid post-admission experience in business sales, contracts, franchising, or commercial leasing. Ideally, you’ll also bring with you a strong professional network and the confidence to build trusted relationships with clients.

Other key experience and attributes include:

• Commercial Expertise: Experience with business sales, commercial leases, shareholder agreements, business structuring, and commercial contracts.
  
• Franchise Agreement Knowledge: Desirable, but not essential as training can be provided.
  
• Client Service Excellence: Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  
• Team Player: Someone who believes in going the extra mile and working collaboratively.
  
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in identifying problems, suggesting solutions, making decisions on the best course of action, and taking initiative to implement those solutions.
