We are looking for an experienced flooring sales representative/sales coordinator to join our team. It is essential that you have a proven background in sales, customer service and are highly self-motivated. Previous flooring sales experience is preferred. We are looking for a highly motivated salesperson to promote our brand to the building trade and retail customers.

Sales Representative / Sales coordinator - Requirements and responsibilities:

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and address client needs
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Promote our brand to the building trade. This will include cold calling builders and architects.
• Promote our products to retail customers.
• Supply quotes for customers based on floor plans and close sales.
• Set appointments with clients and follow up.
• Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Driver's License is required for this position.
• Must be goal orientated towards individual targets.
• Flooring installation knowledge is preferred.
• Strong work ethic
• Self motivation, the ability to organise your own time effectively
