What you will do:

Engage with leads, prospects, and walk-ins to understand their needs and present tailored house & land solutions

Conduct consultations and guide clients through the sales journey, from initial contact to contract signing

Collaborate with internal design, drafting, and construction teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Attend display homes, sales appointments, and occasional weekend events

What We’re Looking For:

Proven background in residential sales or new home sales (highly regarded)

Previous experience or knowledge of residential construction/building industry (highly regarded)

Someone who is reliable, professional, and consistently delivers on their word

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

A customer-first mindset and passion for helping clients find their perfect home

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client files

A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
