About this Role:
Reporting to the Senior Field Services Officer, the Field Services Technical Officer performs operational shift activities within the Field Services Team and providing support for our systems contributing to the success for our retailers.
Key areas of focus include:
Customer Service – a focus on delivering excellent customer service, guidance and support to our retailers and internal customers and effective customer issues management
Point of Sale Technology Support - ensures technology has high availability, are current, maintained and secure
Relationship Management - fosters and develops productive partnerships with customers, essential service providers and key technology stakeholders
Reporting – reports on equipment and service delivery against key performance indicators

About you, you have:
Extensive technical skills and a developed knowledge of computer hardware maintenance, network and data communication including experience in computer hardware repair
Demonstrated high level customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery
Well-developed communication skills with the ability to confidently present messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner
Demonstrated ability to work independently but also collaboratively as part of a team in a shift work environment
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Required Qualification
This role requires possession of a relevant qualification in the support of electrical or mechanical equipment and/or at least 3 years’ experience working in a relevant industry.
