Housing Hub are proudly Australia's leading accessible housing organisation, dedicated to creating positive social change by helping people with disability find suitable housing and access a variety of support options. They also provide consulting services which build the knowledge and capacity of disability housing and service providers and professionals who work within the NDIS. Through this work, Housing Hub contribute to the efficient operation of the disability housing market, whilst ensuring that people with disability live well in the community and have control over where, how and with whom they live.
The Role – Growth and Business Development Manager
Our client, The Housing Hub is looking for a purpose-driven Growth and Business Development Manager to lead its national sales and marketing efforts - helping more people with disability find the housing they deserve. As part of the Operational Leadership Team, you’ll guide a passionate team, build meaningful partnerships, and grow the reach of services that make a real difference. This role is about more than just hitting targets - it’s about shaping strategy, unlocking new opportunities, and contributing to a future where everyone has access to a safe, accessible place to call home.

- Lead the national sales and marketing strategy to drive growth and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline that supports financial sustainability and mission alignment.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and boost platform engagement.
- Strengthen the Housing Hub’s value proposition through data-informed insights and customer feedback.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets aligned with organisational goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed sales and marketing strategies across all product teams.
- Represent the Housing Hub at key events to enhance brand presence and sector leadership.
- Foster a high-performing, purpose-driven team culture grounded in accountability and impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience leading collaborative sales and marketing teams, with a focus on achieving meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
- Strong commercial awareness combined with a strategic approach that aligns opportunities with organisational purpose.
- Ability to inspire and support teams, fostering a culture of trust, motivation, and shared success.
- Proven skills in building authentic relationships and engaging diverse stakeholders with respect and integrity.
- Effective and confident communicator, committed to representing the organisation with transparency and care.
