The role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic full-time bakery/cafe Front of House Superstar to join our team at Crusty's Bakery in Ulverstone, Tasmania. As part of our close-knit team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

What you'll be doing

Enthusiastically greeting and serving customers with a smile

Taking food and beverage orders, processing payments, and providing recommendations

Ensuring a clean, well-stocked and organised front-of-house area

Assisting with food preparation and light kitchen duties as needed

Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive dining experience

Supporting the team in any other duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role

Barista experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A cheerful, friendly and positive attitude

The ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

A passion for food and excellent product knowledge
