We’ve partnered with a privately owned Tier 2 civil contractor with a strong presence across QLD and NSW. Off the back of recent success and seven new project wins in SEQ, they are looking to bring on two experienced Site Supervisors to support the delivery of urban subdivision projects across the region.

About the Role: You’ll be responsible for leading site teams and subcontractors across a range of subdivision projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of all on-site activities, labour, plant, and subcontractors
• Maintain daily site records, track progress, and manage site resources
• Ensure compliance with QA, WHS, and environmental standards
• Report to Project Manager and work closely with Engineers and Foremen
• Drive team performance while fostering a positive, productive work culture

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated experience supervising urban subdivision projects (roads, drainage, sewer, water)
• Ability to read and interpret plans and project schedules
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Current driver's license and relevant tickets
