Currently, the business is looking for an E-Commerce Manager. You will be a key contributor to strategy and implementation of initiatives that drive digital success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all platform day-to-day operations and maintenance including products, content, and merchandising.
• Build and implement personalised customer experience across their platform, leveraging UX, customer data and best practice.
• Manage and implement digital strategies that align to business objectives and maximize online sales and brand visibility.
• Analyse data to understand customer behaviours and preferences, optimising online assortment for improved performance and strategies to enhance the online experience for customers.
• Reviewing and enhancing the online customer journey by streamlining the online experience.
• Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing product listings, customer support, and feedback mechanisms.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technology to identify opportunities to grow the channel and drive online sales performance.
• Coach and mentor a brilliant team.

Key Experience and Skills:

• Degree qualified in relevant discipline.
• 6+ years' experience in ecommerce, ideally within retail.
• Experience using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar.
• Experience in customer journey analytics, customer segmentation, personalization and targeting.
• Prior people management experience, with strong leadership and team development/capability.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and building/executing ecommerce strategies.
