About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mandarin-speaking Lending Manager to join the growing team at AM Group Holding Australia PTY LTD in Sydney, NSW. As a Lending Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company's mortgage business, responsible for overseeing the loan application process, client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end loan application process, from initial client assessment to final approval

Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout their loan journey

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded

Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience

Contribute to the growth and success of the mortgage business by identifying new opportunities and referral sources

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience in a lending or mortgage management role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is highly desirable

Demonstrated understanding of the mortgage industry, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements

Proven track record of achieving sales and lending targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
