Oz Metal currently has a Casual position available for an industrial painter to support our team on a as-needed basis. We are looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to assist with the finishing of steel components and structures. This position is 2-5 days per week with some weekend work and is ideal for individuals with experience in painting structural steel who are looking for casual work.

The role involves applying coatings and finishes to steel surfaces, ensuring that all work meets our quality standards.

Apply paints, coatings, and finishes to steel structures and components using spray guns, rollers, or brushes.

Inspect painted surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish and make touch-ups as needed.

Maintain and clean painting equipment, including spray guns and mixing tools.

Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
