About the Role:
Builder Steel Direct is on the lookout for a Skilled Industrial Spray Painter to join our dynamic team in St Marys, NSW. This full-time role offers a hands-on opportunity to work on high-quality structural steel components used in commercial and industrial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare steel surfaces for painting, ensuring proper cleaning and treatment

Apply paints and protective coatings using spray equipment to a high standard

Monitor and maintain spray painting equipment

Follow WHS procedures and ensure a safe working environment

Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines

Identify opportunities to improve workflow and finish quality

About You:

Demonstrated experience as an Industrial Spray Painter (structural steel preferred)

Solid knowledge of spray painting techniques, paints, and coatings

Meticulous attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong focus on safety and team collaboration

Must have working rights in Australia

Relevant trade certification and valid forklift licence required
