Baker and/or Pastrycook

We are after experienced operators to work in our bakehouse. We are open to either full time or partime/casual positions. Happy to suit the role to the right person. Some working bakery experience is essential as the role will involve working on their own as well as in a team environment.

Bread shifts include producing fresh breads/ sweet buns daily, operating standard bakery equipment, producing a high quality product and standard cleaning procedures.

Pastry shifts include, producing the pastry from scratch, producing of pies/sausage rolls, sweet pastry production and standard cleaning procedures.

Shifts may include nights, weekends, alternative weekends, or day shifts depending on their role they choose.

Pay is negotiable depending on the applicants abilities and agreed roster. Over time is also optional for applicants wanting more than the standard 38hr week.
