Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Factory Baker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, frying, dressing donuts, preparing icings and toppings, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and supporting our production team. As you grow with us, you will have the opportunity to learn the art of donut making!

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!

Passion for Baking: A genuine interest in baking and a desire to learn about donut production in a factory setting.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to the team.

Speed and Efficiency: Strong focus on quickness and efficiency. Ensuring donuts are delivered to our venues and clients on time.

Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
