What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, and pastries to the highest quality standards.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment checks are completed before every shift.
Follow health and safety guidelines with care and professionalism.
Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, mix and knead dough, and operate bakery equipment safely.
Oversee the full baking process — from shaping dough to baking, cooling, icing, and decorating.
Work efficiently to ensure all customer and store orders are completed on time.
Communicate with the Bakery Manager to maintain supply levels and support smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with your team to achieve daily targets while delivering consistently great results.
Uphold Bakers Delight’s high standards of product quality and presentation.
Assist in maintaining cost controls and supporting the bakery’s overall profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Previous bakery experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
Reliable and punctual — able to start early at 2:00 AM.
Must have own transport to get to work.
Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
Committed to food safety, hygiene, and total quality management.
Passionate about delivering not only great products but also great customer service.
