The job:

You will be supporting clients living with complex needs

Shift duties include personal care assistance, PEG feeding & medications, catheter care & Complex bowl care.

providing manual handling, hoisting and assistance with transfers.

Full comprehensive training and support will be provided by our in-house clinical team

We can provide either a casual or permanent position with an ongoing roster - it's your choice!

Very attractive pay rates available.

Successful applicants will need to be energetic, resilient and committed. You are not required to have a previous background in this level of complex supports as all training will be provided, however a background working as a Support Worker is essential.

Requirements for the role

You MUST be reliable and committed to working with our client consistently as these supports are essential

A minimum of 6 months paid employment as a support worker or similar

Certificate III or higher in related field is highly desirable

Current Police Check (or ability to acquire)

NDIS Worker Screen/Yellow Card (or ability to acquire)

Essential skills

Do you have experience with PEG tube care and feeding?

Do you have experience with catheter care?

do you have experience with manual handling?
