TORMAX is well established in Australia and continues to grow. As a result, we are searching for a self starter in our service administration team at Meadowbrook Branch.
The role entails the following responsibilities:
Taking sales and service calls from our customers
Logging and scheduling of service calls
Liaising with customers
Skills required to be successful in the role include the following:
Computer skills in Microsoft, Office, Outlook, with Advanced Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills
Understanding and commitment to achieving and maintaining outstanding customer service.
