Your role:

In this role, you will be working as a clinical nurse as a part of our amazing team and will be responsible for a wide range of clinical duties, including performing vaccinations, wound care, managing chronic disease, health assessments and providing patient education.

As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in coordinating nursing services and workflows, mentoring colleagues, and working closely with GPs and the wider team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality care. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

Excellent clinical skills, strong communication and teamwork , and a passion for providing quality patient-centred care.

Proven leadership skills or a readiness to step into a leadership role

You must be a registered nurse with a current AHPRA registration, and we prefer that you have an immunisation certificate (or willingness to complete) and previous experience working in a general practice.
