An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced & passionate hospitality person to play a central role in the sales, planning & execution of our functions & restaurant bookings.
The successful applicant must have the following:
A friendly, confident & outgoing personality
Previous experience & understanding of the hospitality industry & its operations.
Ability to multi-task, have sound judgement & decision making
Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to establish strong relationship with clients, suppliers & colleagues
Excellent verbal & written skills
A positive attitude, is flexible & has a capacity to work in a busy team environment
Highly organised, self-motivated & possess effective time management skills
Strong administrative skills & be computer savvy
High attention to detail.
Daytime: Tuesday to Saturday
