The Role:

  • Managing end-to-end payroll across multiple states for both fortnightly and monthly cycles
  • Accurately interpreting EBAs, awards, and employment contracts
  • Handling all payroll transactions including terminations, super, and deductions
  • Responding to employee payroll queries with a customer-first approach
  • Maintaining records for starters, leavers, and internal changes

The Candidate:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced payroll environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and modern awards
  • SAP is a BONUS
  • A keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle complexity
  • Clear communication skills and a commitment to excellent internal service
