About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Despatcher to join our team at our Head Office in Nambour. This permanent position involves a variety of responsibilities and requires working as part of a rotating 4 on 4 off night shift roster.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Respond to incoming calls and provide timely, efficient support to customers.

Address and resolve customer service inquiries in accordance with operational procedures.

Provide general administrative support to the team.

Oversee communication within the Despatch office, including phone, radio, and email channels.

Coordinate and schedule despatching of driver operators, trucks, and other response vehicles for both emergency and non-emergency situations, as well as transportation and equipment needs.

About You:

To be a successful applicant for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in computer operations and software applications.

A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.

Ability to work effectively within a team in a supportive role.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong time management and organisational skills.
