The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity for a high-performing finance professional with 2 to 6 years’ experience to join the treasury division of a well-established financial institution. Based in Sydney, this is a hands-on and analytical role offering exposure to treasury operations, funding activities, and structured finance transactions.

This role is well-suited to professionals with a strong interest in capital markets, funding, and transaction execution looking to build deep technical expertise in financial modelling and treasury analysis.

The Challenge
In this Treasury Analyst role, your responsibilities will include:

• 2 to 6 years’ experience in treasury, finance, capital markets, or a related discipline
• A strong interest in funding, structured finance, and capital markets
• Solid financial modelling skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information
• A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A relevant degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field; CA, CPA, or CFA qualifications highly regarded
• A proactive approach and eagerness to grow within a high-performing team

The Expertise
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 2 to 6 years’ experience in corporate finance, structured credit, investment banking, or a related discipline
• A strong interest in real estate finance, securitisation, and credit markets
• Solid financial modelling skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information
• A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A relevant degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field; CA, CPA, or CFA qualifications highly regarded
• A proactive approach and eagerness to grow within a high-performing global team
