Description

This Financial Controller role sits just beneath the CFO and is ideal for a technically strong, hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic setting and is motivated by purpose-driven work.

• Lead year-end financial reporting and manage external audits
  
  
• Consolidate financial statements across three entities
  
  
• Review and sign off on balance sheet reconciliations
  
  
• Provide oversight of accounts payable and banking processes as needed
  
  
• Enhance and optimise the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  
  
• Prepare and review month-end management reports and commentary
  
  
• Contribute to systems and process improvement initiatives
  
  
• Lead or mentor members of the finance team
  
  

Profile

• CA/CPA qualified with strong technical accounting skills
  
  
• Proven experience in year-end processes and audit management
  
  
• Familiarity with consolidation in a multi-entity environment
  
  
• Strong systems capability, ideally with Business Central
  
  
• Big Four experience is highly regarded but not essential
  
  
• Resilient and solutions-focused, with a proactive mindset
  
  
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate financial insights
