The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity for a high-performing finance professional with 2 to 5 years’ experience to join the corporate finance division of a globally recognised financial institution. Based in Sydney, this is a hands-on and analytical role offering exposure to structured finance, securitisation, and real estate-related transactions.

This role is well-suited to professionals with a strong interest in credit markets, real estate finance, and transaction execution looking to build deep technical expertise in financial modelling and deal evaluation.

The Challenge
In this Senior Analyst role, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing structured finance transactions, including securitisation and real estate-backed deals
• Building and maintaining detailed financial models to support credit risk assessments
• Preparing written reports and presenting to internal committees and external stakeholders
• Working closely with deal teams, issuers, and institutional investors
• Monitoring market trends and portfolio performance across structured credit products
• Supporting senior colleagues in deal structuring and risk analysis
• Driving continuous improvement and contributing to best practice frameworks

The Expertise
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in corporate finance, structured credit, investment banking, or a related discipline
• A strong interest in real estate finance, securitisation, and credit markets
• Solid financial modelling skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information
• A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A relevant degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field; CA, CPA, or CFA qualifications highly regarded
• A proactive approach and eagerness to grow within a high-performing global team
