Ascui & Co Architects is seeking a new team member to join our practice as an architectural documenter.

The successful candidate will have a professional degree in Building Design or Architecture, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a local architectural practice, and a strong portfolio that showcases their construction documentation skills.

Experience in multi-residential and commercial construction documentation is essential

Strong communication and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Demonstrable knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards is essential

While construction documentation is the primary focus of this role, Candidates that can show skill and experience within the planning phase of projects will also be highly regarded.

Ascui & Co Architects will consider a Mid-level to Senior Documenter to fill this position, Remuneration will be tailored to the successful candidate's skill and experience.

Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential, with demonstrated experience in complex documentation projects

Must have permanent residency or Australian citizenship to be eligible for this role
