Key Responsibilities

Lead medium-density residential projects from design development to completion

Manage client relationships, consultant coordination, and team performance

Collaborate with Directors on design direction and delivery strategy

Ensure project outcomes align with practice standards and design intent

Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture

Skills & Experience

Registered Architect with minimum 15 years’ local experience

Demonstrated leadership on medium-density or multi-res projects

Exceptional delivery-focused skillset

Strong coordination and liaison abilities

Confident communicator who enjoys leading both clients and teams
