Bring Your Vision to Life at Foursight Architects, Based in North Melbourne CBD, we thrive on creativity, collaboration, and curiosity. Specialising in education architecture, interior design, master planning, landscape design, and project management services for close to two decades—and we’re looking for experienced, confident and capable Architect or Draftsperson with 3-5 years’ experience, particularly in VSBA education projects, to join our growing team and provide value-added professional services which are highly demanded by Government, Commercial, Residential and Educational sectors.

Role:

Lead and manage VSBA education and capital works projects from $200K – $1M

Prepare and deliver projects within the EMP, ABP, PMP and Minor Works Capital program

End-to-end project management from concept through construction

Complete fortnightly reporting and project tracking

Monitoring timeframes, budgets, and compliance

Independently conduct site visits, liaise with contractors, consultants & stakeholders

Requires statewide travel within Victoria

About You:

3–5 years' architectural experience – preferably in the education sector (VSBA)

A strong understanding and proficiency with Revit, Adobe Suite, and Aconex platform

Current in industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Up to date with all relevant building codes, regulations, NCC & Australian Standards

Able to work independently and a strong team player

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Self-managed, proactive attitude and growth mindset

Strong communication skills and team-oriented energy

Fluent spoken and written English

High level of attention to detail
