This position is available immediately, and concludes at the end of March 2026.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a portfolio of Retail Assets. You will be supporting the marketing activities for shopping precincts with a strong community focus. This is a rare opportunity to gain mentorship and excellent experience with a fast-growing, leading business.

Your daily duties will include:

• Build relationships with tenants and create fresh, engaging content that connects with local communities.
• Collaborate on national campaigns, contributing creative, localised content to enhance their impact.
• Drive community-focused initiatives such as kids' activations, holiday programs, and social impact partnerships.
• Manage social media by creating innovative, on-the-go content to drive tenant engagement and customer traffic.
• Coordinate events such as Santa Photos, create flyers, and craft activities that promote a sense of belonging and joy for all customers.
• Reporting duties, demonstrating data and results.

To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:

• 2-4+ years’ experience in marketing.
• Shopping Centre Marketing or Retail Property Marketing experience preferred.
• We welcome applications from marketers with experience in shopping centres, retail, property, hospitality, hotels, food, fashion, or retail brands.
• Qualifications in marketing, communications, or similar are desired.
• A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and great attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and a “finisher” who sees projects through to completion.
