Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Marketing & Campaign Specialist to join our team working out of our APAC operations. The Marketing & Campaign Specialist, M&A role will work closely with the team to execute innovative campaigns for the M&A team and support various marketing initiatives across the wider portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience across the many areas of campaign management and will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of campaigns, from planning to delivery.

This role is predominantly remote, but the team tends to go into the office at least once a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Co-ordination:

Develop and manage campaign calendar, goals, and timelines.

Create and oversee campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial parameters.

Collaborate with internal teams & stakeholders (including partners) to understand their needs and expectations.

Develop and execute campaigns from concept to completion

Conduct post-campaign evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.

Gather feedback from team to inform future campaigns.

Marketing Support:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote events and enhance brand visibility through various channels.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and websites.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, campaigns and events.

Relationship & Vendor Management:

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners.

Engage with team members post-campaigns to gather feedback and strengthen community ties.

Research and negotiate contracts with marketing suppliers/vendors.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Research and Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and relevant.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

We’d love to chat if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in campaign planning and marketing (min. 5-7 years preferred)

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management).

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note: this role may require evening and weekend hours depending on event schedules as well as interstate and international travel for off-site events.
