The Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead content and social media operations for the Chinese-speaking market. This full-time role is key to elevating OROS Hotel’s brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of our Chinese social media platforms including WeChat and Xiaohongshu (RED);

Develop and implement content strategies to boost brand awareness and customer engagement;

Create high-quality Chinese content, including articles, graphics, and short videos tailored to each platform;

Work closely with the design team to produce consistent and visually compelling marketing materials;

Track and analyse content performance data to improve marketing outcomes;

Support promotional campaigns and events to increase visibility and customer loyalty.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on experience in operating Chinese social media platforms, particularly WeChat and Xiaohongshu (RED);

Strong written communication skills in Chinese, with the ability to produce original and engaging content;

Background in media, marketing, or design is highly desirable;

Proficiency in content and visual design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is a plus;

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;

Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, with an understanding of multicultural working environments.
