Multiple AI - DS/ ML / Product roles - leading Consultancy

Location - open to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane

Hybrid work arrangement - 3 days in the office.

One of our reputed Consulting clients is working across several major transformation projects focused on enabling advanced analytics, GenAI, and machine learning capabilities for their varied client's portfolio.

They are looking to hire across a wide set of skills and experience - from Consultants to Senior Consultants to Manager levels!

Hiring across -

AI/ DS/ML Engineers

• Hands-on experience with Azure ML, Databricks, Sagemaker, PyTorch and/or Tensor Flow. Advanced Python programming skills.
• Demonstrated experience in building ML models from scratch (e.g., custom architectures, training pipelines, tuning hyperparameters).
• Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients.

NLP & LLM Engineers

• Focus on large language model (LLM) development, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering using tools like Azure OpenAI and HuggingFace.
• Experience with GenAI, RAG, and text analytics a big plus.

AI Product Consultants

• Defining and delivering the AI product roadmap in line with business strategy.
• Championing ethical AI use, data governance, and change management across the organisation's network.
• Strong understanding of data and analytics ecosystems, including AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Power BI or Tableau a big plus.

Must Haves -

• Min 3-6+ years' experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a passion for using data to solve real-world problems.
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
