About the Role

You’ll run a tight, respectful crew and take pride in doing good work for good clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead your team safely and confidently on residential & commercial jobs

Advanced climbing, pruning, deadwood removal & dismantling

Run daily site pre-checks, safety briefings, and client communication

Support and upskill younger climbers and ground staff

Maintain equipment and uphold high standards on every job

About You

We don’t need a superhero. We’re after someone skilled, solid, and serious about arboriculture.

You’ll bring:

Certificate III in Arboriculture (essential)

2+ years climbing experience with crew leadership

EWP ticket & chainsaw certs

MR truck licence (or willing to get it)

Confidence, humility, and good communication

A safety-first mindset and a love for the industry
