With continued growth and exciting plans for expansion, we’re looking for a friendly and detail-driven Customer Service Representative to join our Greenacre head office.

As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and solution-focused. Your day-to-day will include:

Answering customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins

Providing product information and advice on natural stone options

Assisting clients in the Greenacre showroom with stone selections

Assisting our Sales team with outreach to prospective clients in the architectural market.

What You Bring

1–2 years of experience in customer service, outbound calling, or interior design.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

A proactive attitude and interest in design, interiors, or construction
