Due to continued growth and internal promotions, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Internal Customer Service Representative to join their high-performing team based in the Northern Beaches.

Role Description

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and is looking for a career, not just a job. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing expert product advice and support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Provide accurate advice and information on a wide range of roofing products and services

Process quotes and orders promptly using internal systems

Liaise with suppliers and warehouse staff to coordinate stock and delivery timelines

Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, builders, and contractors

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs

Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure seamless service delivery

Actively contribute to a positive and proactive team culture

Salary and Benefits

Base $65k - $80k + Super 11.5%
