Our client is one of Victoria's quiet achievers. They have been in operation for over 20 years and have grown steadily in that time. They specialise in commercial, education, industrial & institutional developments from $1m in value through to $15m

They have been delivering projects in Melbourne's Metro region for several years and have done incredibly well doing so. They have just secured a $5M institutional project in Oakleigh and require a Site Manager to manage the project. This particular project will run until for approximately 12 months.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful candidate will be given complete autonomy over their project so they will possess the ability to effectively lead a team. With a proven track record in Site Management they will have a passion for quality, the ability to manage programs, work under pressure and achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction.

They will be either trade or tertiary qualified in Construction with strong leadership and communication skills whilst having a keen eye for detail and presentation.
