we are looking for a head pastry chef , someone with vision , organised , reliable, with the ability to manage a small team and super responsible
experience in managing a team and good time management is a must !!
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma in patisserie/retail baking
Tasks & responsibilities
- Early morning baking
- Prep for sandwiches, pastries,cakes etc
- Following complex receipes
- Unique, creative menu
- bread making experience essential
