The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join a high performing sales team. You will work closely with a top agent and gain exposure to all aspects of the sales process, setting you up for long-term success in the industry.

The Duties

• Prospecting and lead generation
• Database management
• Attending open homes & auctions
• Buyer management
• Supporting appraisals & client/vendor appointments
• Diary management and scheduling
• Managing phone & email enquiries
• Booking market appraisals
• Liaising with vendors, tenants, and trades
• General administration and sales support

Skills & Experience

• Ideally 12 months of relevant experience
• Certificate IV in Property Services
• Genuine passion for real estate
• Driven, focused, and eager to learn
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Professional presentation
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Flexibility outside of standard business hours
