What you’ll need:
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience (real estate or another fast-paced industry)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivation and a passion for personal development
• A current real estate licence or willingness to obtain one
• A growth mindset and team-first attitude

What you’ll do:
• Prospect for new listings and business opportunities
• List and market properties for sale
• Build strong buyer and vendor relationships
• Negotiate sales and provide expert guidance to clients
• Work towards clear, realistic KPIs with full support
• Focus on sales – with a Sales Client Relations Officer handling your admin
• Collaborate with a Marketing Manager to achieve outstanding vendor outcomes
