About the role
Secure State is seeking a talented and driven Sales Associate to join our team in Adelaide, SA. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, where you will have the chance to showcase your sales expertise and contribute to the success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements
Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of sales initiatives
Participate in regular training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the IT or related industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
