Challenge Pumps is a supplier of dewatering pumps, spare parts and service to the Australian and Overseas mining market.

We require the services of a Trades Assistant in our Kewdale W.A. operation.

The applicant requires the following skills and attributes:

A current forklift ticket (up to 10 tonnes) is essential.

Experience with hand tools and assembly work.

Capacity to undertake ground work and confined space work.

Ability to multi task and handle various types of jobs.

Clean working habits and good house keeping skills are essential in this role.

Ability to work within a small team environment, occasionally unsupervised so a person who is motivated to get the job done safely will be an essential trait.

Have own reliable transport and current drivers license.

Store duties including; packing, dispatching, loading and unloading of trucks.

Previous exposure to industrial pumps is an advantage but not essential.

Willing to supply a police check and present for a drug and alcohol screen.

Note: This is a Kewdale, Western Australia based position. Interstate and Overseas applicants will not be considered.
