We’re currently seeking a motivated Trade Assistant to join our client’s workshop team based in Malaga. This is a casual full-time role with genuine potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role:

You’ll be working closely with experienced welders and fabricators, supporting them in a hands-on workshop environment. Your daily duties will include:

Assisting tradespeople with a variety of tasks

Operating power tools and equipment under supervision

Preparing work areas and cleaning up after jobs

General workshop labouring

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a workshop or mechanical setting

Hook lift, rear lift, or tipper truck experience (highly desirable)

Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

Reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn

Welding experience (highly advantageous)

Ability to follow instructions and take initiative
