About the role:

Join the team at Ahead Physiotherapy as an Allied Health Receptionist! This is a casual role based in Golden Beach, Queensland, where you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience for our patients and clients. You will be working in a team that supports Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Remedial Massage therapists, working approximately 10 hours/week with potential for more hours to cover leave/illness.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients and clients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments and managing patient bookings (experience with Practice Management Software and/or Hicaps is a bonus)

Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, answering phone calls

Providing excellent customer service and support to patients, clients, and the wider healthcare team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or medical/allied health administration role is not essential, but preferred,

Friendly communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people,

Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail

Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office

A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently

A background in marketing and/or having social media nous is desirable.
