Senza Nome Italian Restaurant was establised in 1998 and is nestled among the boutique restaurant strip on Tedder Avenue, Main Beach. We pride ourselves on our authentic Italian cuisine and our exceptional service.
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our team. You will work closely with our Head Chef to maintain consistent performance within the kitchen.
If you fit the following criteria, please apply -:
. Minimum of 2 years experience as a chef in a high end environment
. Experience on pans and grill
. Experience in pizza / cold larder section
. Familiar with WHS regulations in QLD
. Exceptional organizational skills
. Strong work ethics
. Able to run a section efficiently under pressure
. Clear communicator
. Well presented
. Available over a 7 day roster, split shifts
