About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and committed Disability Support Workers to support NDIS participants living in South-East Melbourne. You’ll be working closely with participants to help them live independently and achieve their goals.

‘Immediate Start’

Essential Requirements:

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or relevant field

Current First Aid and CPR certification

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Police clearance

Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Right to work in Australia

Ready to work with both male and female participants

Ready to work with short notice

Key Responsibilities:

Providing personal care, domestic assistance, and support with daily living

Supporting clients to participate in community activities and appointments

Promoting independence, choice, and dignity

Following care plans and documenting progress accurately

About You:

You are dedicated to empowering others and value cultural sensitivity and inclusion in care. You understand the importance of building trust and connection with participants, especially those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
