We are seeking a full-time Retail Manager for our busy Tobacco and Gift store located in Lithgow, NSW.
Key Details:
Position: Retail Manager
Employment: Full-time
Salary: $77,000 – $80,000 per annum
Location: Lithgow, NSW
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field
At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role
Strong customer service and team leadership skills
Experience in tobacco or specialty retail preferred
Duties include:
Overseeing daily store operations
Managing staff and rosters
Stock control and supplier coordination
Ensuring high levels of customer service
Meeting sales and compliance standards
