About the role

Destiny RV SA Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this fulltime position based in Valley View SA 5093, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive the company's commercial success. While also contributing with sales targets of your own. With a focus on developing strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth and expansion of our RV sales business.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets

Recruiting, training, coaching and managing a high-performing sales team

Fostering and maintaining excellent relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals

Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision making

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns

Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Capturing sales per month yourself, contributing to the monthly team sales result

What we're looking for

Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in a sales management role within the RV or automotive industry

Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to consistently exceed targets

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making capabilities

In-depth knowledge of the RV sales industry, including relevant legislation and regulations

Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences

Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or a related discipline is highly desirable
