Base Salary: $80,000 per year.

Operating under the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme, we support both clients and workers through reliable placements and exceptional service.
Alongside our PALM focus, we also assist clients with short-term backpacker placements and are expanding into permanent placements across multiple Australian industries. Based in Kensington, SA, we’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team and drive client growth while contributing to the successful mobilisation of hospitality workers across Australia.
About The Role:
The core focus of this role is sourcing and onboarding new clients through proactive communication—primarily outbound phone calls. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, and establishing strong relationships with businesses seeking workforce solutions under the PALM Scheme, as well as clients interested in long-term and permanent staff placements.
This is a high-volume, phone-based sales position that requires confidence, regular follow-ups and relationship building. A consistent and solid stream of client acquisitions is essential—not only to meet your own KPIs, but also to provide the framework of work required for three dedicated Recruitment Coordinators within the business.
You’ll work closely with these team members to ensure a seamless client experience and successful mobilisation outcomes. Given the nature of the work, attention to detail and timely completion of tasks and documentation is absolutely critical. From maintaining contracts to compliance forms, every step must be handled precisely to meet legal and program requirements.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Making a high volume of outbound client and lead calls (30+ daily)
Generating new client contracts through outreach, networking and lead generation
Managing your own sales and communication pipeline
Attending interstate conferences and industry events as required (approximately 10 annually)
Completing all documentation for new clients, maintaining contracts, compliance forms and accommodation details
Supporting the internal team with complete and timely Sales Packs
Collaborating with Recruitment Consultants to hand over fully onboarded clients
Maintaining internal records and weekly reporting to the General Manager
Participating in weekly recruitment team meetings
Ensuring all documentation meets legal and program requirements
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a resilient and proactive communicator who thrives on the phone and enjoys fast-paced work. The ideal candidate will be:
A high level English speaker and communicator
Comfortable engaging with clients and leads throughout the day
Experienced in B2B sales, recruitment, or client account management
Organised and confident managing multiple accounts and time-sensitive documents
Proficient with Microsoft Office, DocuSign and PandaDoc
Collaborative, detail-oriented, target-driven and resilient
Qualified with relevant university level study
Experienced within a full-time office environment
A confident and able interstate traveller with a full Australian driver's licence
Experience and understanding in the hospitality sector will be highly regarded
A background in recruitment will be looked upon favourably

Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday–Thursday in office 9-hour days, with flexible Fridays.
