About the role

K&M Legal is seeking an enthusiastic Claims Officer / Paralegal to join our General Insurance (Motor Vehicle) and Debt Recovery team in our Sydney office. This is a full-time position located in Sydney CBD. You will play a key role in providing support and advice to our clients in the insurance industry.

What you'll be doing

As a valued member of our legal team, you will be involved in a broad range of tasks such as:

Handling a diverse caseload of motor vehicle insurance claims (credit repair / credit hire) and debt recovery matters

Working on both litigated and non-litigated matters

Representing clients in negotiations with insurers

Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Collaborating with the wider team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Some experience in the insurance industry (particularly motor vehicle claims) – not essential but highly regarded.
