We’re looking for a Claims Officer who is organised, responsive, and client-focused to join our team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting clients during critical moments, this is the role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage end-to-end claims processes, from lodgement to settlement

Liaise with clients, insurers, assessors, and repairers to ensure timely resolution of claims

Keep clients informed throughout the claims process with empathy and professionalism

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim interactions

Identify potential issues or trends and escalate when appropriate

Collaborate with brokers and other team members to support excellent service delivery

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in insurance claims (general insurance preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Excellent time management and organisational abilities

A customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail

Tier 1 or Tier 2 Insurance Broking qualification (or willingness to obtain)
