About the role
We’re entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a Claims Consultant to be the first point of contact for customers navigating the next steps after an accident. This role plays a key part in guiding customers through the claims and repair process—connecting them with trusted local repairers through a seamless digital experience.
As a Claims Consultant, you’ll be supporting customers during a stressful time, providing reassurance and clear communication from start to finish.
You’ll manage incoming claims, process repair submissions, and liaise with customers, repairers and Insurance to keep everything moving efficiently.
Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for:
• In the initial stages, you will join our Comms team and focus on taking First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls. This means you'll be the first point of contact for customers who have just experienced an accident or vehicle damage. You'll collect key details about the incident, offer reassurance, and guide them through the next steps of the claims process.
• Managing a portfolio of allocated accounts, as well as handling general accident management enquiries
• Processing and tracking claims through our digital platform and internal systems
• Coordinating with repairers and service providers to ensure timely updates and service delivery
• Providing prompt, professional, and empathetic customer service at every stage of the claim We’re looking for reliable, tech-savvy communicators who can navigate multiple systems while staying responsive and calm under pressure. • You have a customer-first mindset and well-developed experience in a customer service role.
• You have strong administration skills and can manage numerous tasks simultaneously.
• You will provide high level professional customer service and the ability to think on your feet as no enquiry is the same.
• Insurance/Claims background preferred but not essential
• You are Tech Savvy and customer focused
• A willingness to work with a diverse team and regional customers.
• Our offices are in Rhodes (which includes a free gym membership) and easy access to public transport as well as flexible working arrangements
• First 6 months will be office-based to support your training and onboarding experience. After that, you'll have the option to work from home up to 2 days per week
